Refund Policy

We want you to feel good about your purchase of The Selling Studio. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee: if you're not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund:

1. Go to paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you purchased with.
2. Select the order and choose "Request a refund".
3. Alternatively, contact our support team and we'll help arrange the refund through Paddle.

Once approved, refunds typically appear in your account within 3–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
